Siffleur Falls (Nature Walk/Easy)

Nature Walk/Easy
2-3 Hours
7km Round Trip
Elevation Gain: 80m
Seasons: Summer, Winter, Fall, Spring

If your looking to get outside and enjoy the fresh air with your friends, family, kids, couch potato cousin… this is the one to do!! With such minimal elevation its basically a walk in the park, with one incline section (that runs along a cliff side) this wouldn’t be a hike for strollers, but you could probably get away with a slay if you have someone to carry it up the hill, and someone to carry the child if needed! But the section is VERY short, so I wouldn’t let it deter you.

Offering a beautiful suspension bridge over the North Saskatchewan River, a nice boardwalk over the Kootenay Plaines, and some peaceful forestry pathways leading to the Canyon. This is a perfect place to spend the day.

The trail is well marked, it would be pretty hard to get lost, and its well trafficked so not to be concerned about going solo. Dogs are to be kept on a leash, and over night camping is not permitted. But a day picnic would be perfect!

AND I apologize for the pictures!! It was a photography nightmare – Bright blue skies, a fresh blanket of snow, and the canyon running directly into the sun! But what can yah do!
